Club runs happen every Sunday morning leaving from either the library in Barton Le Clay or All Saints Church at Houghton Regis. Typical rides will be 40 to 60 miles with a coffee stop along the way. We always ride together at an average speed of 15 to 17mph ensuring no-one is dropped or left behind.
